Location and specification 

The apartment is part of the building Panoramastraße12, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany, ground floor

and includes the following rooms and facilities:

2 rooms ;1 kitchen with fittings;1 bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, washbowl; 2 roofed bike parking places. The living space is approximately 85 m2, the surface of the commonly used terrace makes up approximately 20 m2. 

The apartment comes fully equipped with individual, high-quality furnishings and has flexible rental periods. These range from a few months up to several years and can usually be extended.

No smoking in the apartment, no pets allowed.

Lease period, termination     The lease period is temporary.

During the term of the lease time regular denunciations of the landlord or the tenants are impossible. After 3 months of lease the landlord accepts regular denunciation of the tenant with an announcement period of 31 days prior to the day of moving out.    

Your payment to the landlord, which is  made monthly cannot be changed for the duration of the lease.

No extra costs!

The monthly rate is 1800 € for 2 persons.

All extra cost like wifi, tax, heat, stairwell cleaning, trash collection and water, Rundfunkgebühr (tax for radio, tv), electricity, professional cleaning once a week are included!

(You generally pay separately for your electricity. And you might also pay separately for some of the things we mentioned as being in the  extra costs = "Umlagen/ Nebenkosten", especially heat)

Deposit
To hedge against any possible damage arising and to secure all rights of the lessor from the lease shall be charged a security deposit no later than on arrival. The amount of the deposit is: 3000 €

The tenant will be charged a flat rate for final cleaning ( 60 €).
